Access Guide: Sapporo Moiwayama

From Tokyo

Fly from Haneda or Narita Airport to New Chitose Airport (approximately 1 hour 50 minutes). From New Chitose Airport, take the JR Rapid Airport train to Sapporo Station (approximately 37 minutes), then take the Sapporo Streetcar (tram) to Ropeway-Iriguchi stop, and walk or take a shuttle to the ski area. Alternatively, take a taxi from Sapporo Station (approximately 20 minutes).

By Car

From central Sapporo, the ski area is approximately 20 minutes by car. From New Chitose Airport, take the expressway to Sapporo and follow signs to Moiwayama. Total drive time is approximately 1 hour.

As Sapporo's most accessible ski area, Moiwayama can be reached by public transit from anywhere in the city.
