Access Guide: Nakayama Toge Ski Resort
From Tokyo
Fly from Haneda or Narita Airport to New Chitose Airport (approximately 1 hour 50 minutes). From New Chitose Airport, take the JR train to Sapporo Station, then take a bus toward Rusutsu or Kimobetsu. The resort is located at Nakayama Pass on Route 230 between Sapporo and Niseko. A car is the most practical option for reaching this resort.
By Car
From Sapporo, drive south on Route 230 through Jozankei. The resort is at the Nakayama Pass, approximately 1 hour from central Sapporo. The location on a major highway makes it a convenient stop between Sapporo and the Niseko area.
Important Note
This is a compact resort best suited as a half-day stop or for spring skiing. Road conditions on the pass can be challenging in winter.
