Access Guide: Rusutsu Resort

From Tokyo

Fly from Haneda or Narita Airport to New Chitose Airport (approximately 1 hour 50 minutes). From New Chitose Airport, take a direct resort shuttle bus to Rusutsu Resort (approximately 2 hours). This is the most convenient option during winter. Alternatively, take the JR train to Toya Station and transfer to a bus (approximately 2.5 hours total).

By Car

From Sapporo, take the Hokkaido Expressway south and exit at Kimobetsu-Rusutsu IC. The drive takes approximately 1.5 hours. Winter tires are required.

Resort Shuttle

Rusutsu operates daily shuttle buses from Sapporo and New Chitose Airport during the winter season. Reservations are recommended.
